Travel Mapper — Privacy

Effective date: September 9, 2026

Travel Mapper is provided by Zehavi Works LLC. We design it to keep your travel memories under your control. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking.

Photos and photo locations

With your permission, Travel Mapper reads photos, capture dates, embedded location metadata, and photo-library identifiers to build a route for the dates you choose. Photo selection and route creation happen on your device. You can grant limited photo access or change permission in iOS Settings. Photos without location metadata cannot create a photo-based stop; you can add stops manually.

Travel Mapper may ask Apple Photos to download an iCloud-backed photo so it can appear in an export. This uses your existing Apple Photos and iCloud services. The app does not upload your photos to Zehavi Works.

Maps and place names

The interactive route editor uses Apple Maps. Viewing and moving this map can send map regions and related requests to Apple under Apple’s privacy practices. City search, nearby-place suggestions, and exported map artwork use bundled Natural Earth data on your device. The app does not track your live device location or request continuous location access.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional Travel Mapper Pro purchase through the App Store. The app verifies purchase status with StoreKit to enable Pro features. Zehavi Works does not receive your payment-card details or operate a purchase-tracking server for this app.

Storage, deletion, and sharing

Trip names, dates, stop coordinates, references to selected photos, style settings, and export history are stored in the app’s local storage. Saved trips do not sync between devices. Removing a trip deletes its record from the app; it does not delete your original photos or copies you saved or shared. Removing the app deletes its local app data, subject to your device backup settings.

Video and GIF exports are created locally. If you choose Save to Photos, the file is saved in your photo library and may sync through your iCloud Photos settings. If you choose Share, the file goes to the destination you select, under that destination’s terms and privacy practices. An export may visibly reveal your trip locations, dates, titles, and photos. Review it before sharing.

Information received by Zehavi Works

Please avoid sending private photos or exact travel locations unless necessary. Website and contact-service handling is described in our company privacy information.
